Made this card for a dear friend. She went wild over it! The Lady is the outside of the card, but the Tilda just had to be on the inside - no more room! Wish I could tell you the paper, because it was a perfect window for Tilda to sit inside. Hugs, Barb F

I just love the way this one came out. I did it for the Copic color challenge and was amazed at how I love the colors! There are a couple other challenges involved so I need to get busy and let them know I am entering. Hope you enjoy looking at this one. I just adore that stand up thing! Hugs, Barb F

My first standup card

Tis my sister's birthday and I made my very first standup card! I figured out that the reason I was having so much trouble with the photography was the paper I was coloring on - I love that paper but it has a sparkle to it and really affects the camera - it was an absolute no-no to use a flash. I had a good time making this card. I am actually fairly new to this scrapbooking/card making such as it is now. When I was a kid, I made cards because I didn't want to waste my money on them instead of the gifts! Now it probably costs as much to make the cards (if not more) than to go buy them! But what fun! I am approaching about 9 months since I began and loving every minute! Actually, it gets better each time I work on something! Sorry I couldn't figure out what I did before to get a photo. I took this with the card laying on a dark carpet. I thought it came out so cute. It is for a 7 yr. old boy  and reflects his dynamic personality, I think. Barb F
